FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

International shipping is now available to EU/UK countries. Make sure you read our International Shipping information before purchasing.

Please contact us if your country is not available during checkout. We should be able to add it.

Lovestruck Sakura is an independently-owned small business, we work on fulfilling and shipping your order as soon as we receive them. We are currently taking 2-10 business days to process online orders. After that, it’s in USPS hands.

All orders come with tracking and you will receive the tracking number in an email as soon as we create the shipping label. Domestic orders (US) estimate to arrive 2-10 business days and international orders may take up to 1-2 months from the moment they are processed with USPS.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

No refunds or replacements will be available for lost or damaged packages after your order has been shipped. All Domestic orders (US) will ship with USPS Ground or Priority Mail which include up to $100 shipping insurance.

Once we drop off the packages with the USPS we have no control over what happens. For example, they make errors sometimes with their scanning system such as marking the package as Delivered when it wasn't… but it ends up arriving a couple of days later. We are also not responsible for any stolen packages. We advise you to utilize the tracking information as much as possible so that you know when your packages will arrive. You are always welcome to email us if you if have additional concerns but please understand that after we fulfill your order and drop off the package with the postal service it is out of our hands.

Please contact your local post office for instructions and to file a claim for any lost packages.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Combined shipping is not automatically available for separate orders. This includes if the two separate orders were placed by the same customer or made in the same day. If you have a question about an error made for multiple orders please email us at lovestrucksakura@gmail.com

ENAMEL PIN GRADING

Each enamel pin is handmade. As a result minor to major errors are bound to happen. Due to the nature of Hard Enamel Pins, specially those with effects, please note that there may be small imperfections in your pin.

We strive to work with manufacturers that provide the best quality possible. You might still notice some minor cosmetic imperfections sometimes.

All pins are sold as Mixed A/B Grade.

When grading we will be examining the pins quickly, and will catch larger, noticeable flaws which we will remove from the inventory. These lower grade pins will only be sold as C grades or "Oopsies" most likely at cons. The "Mixed A/B Grade" sold online in this shop means you may receive an A grade or a B grade pin with a minor flaw, for example minor beauty marks that do not hinder it’s overall aesthetics such as a small scratch, slight enamel underfill or overfill, light scuffs lines from polishing machine, minor dings/dents, small pin pricks, or small screen printed detail errors. Marks on the face or skin areas will be closely inspected. Anything with special effects has a higher chance of containing minor issues such as uneven glitter specks, small dark areas in glow in the dark, bubbles in the stain glass or glittered areas, and so forth. These issues, if present will be minor and only noticeable on very close inspection.

Pins are inspected in natural light, at eye level, from a distance of about 1-2 feet. Please use similar discretion when making your inspection. We do not consider errors on the back of the pin or posts when grading as it does not affect the overall aesthetics of the pin when displayed. We will only consider the front and sides of the pin.

ORDER ERRORS

If you received the wrong item we are happy to send you a replacement as long as we still have it in stock. Please reach out to us at lovestrucksakura@gmail.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and your order number in your email.

If you need to change your shipping address please email us as soon as possible at lovestrucksakura@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate the changes to the best of our ability as long as we have not yet shipped out your order.

If you have any other problems with your order please email us at lovestrucksakura@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue (include photos if you think they will be helpful) and we will reply as soon as possible.

SOLD OUT ITEMS

Sold Out items will be restocked as needed if there's still a demand for them. We will announce when a design will retire and will no longer get restocked.
