Lovestruck Sakura is based in the USA

If your shipping address is not in the USA, you are considered an International Customer. If your country is not available for shipping during checkout contact us and we should be able to add it.

🌸 International shipping fees will be auto calculated based on USPS or other carrier you choose during checkout. International shipping costs are always higher than domestic, but please understand we do not have any control over shipping fees as they are set by the carrier.

🌸 International packages are in transit longer so it takes more time for your packages to arrive. We are not responsible for how long your packages are in transit or if they are lost or stolen. Once we release your package to the carrier it is out of our hands.

🌸 Lovestruck Sakura is not responsible for VAT or Customs fees that may occur during international shipping. When your package arrives in your country, it might get held at CUSTOMS and you may have to pay VAT or an ADDITIONAL FEE in order to receive the package. Since these taxes/fees are determined by your country and they vary for every country, we can’t pre-determine how much they might be.

🌸 Make sure during checkout you provide accurate and detailed information for contact. If your package is held at customs they will need to reach you. Make sure you also keep your order information as it might be needed to receive the package. If you need additional details (package value, size, weight) in order to receive it, please email us at lovestrucksakura@gmail.com so we can provide the needed information.
